PAYMENT TERMS:

5% upfront Prepayment by TT Upon proforma Invoice and sales contract to enable us handle shipping cost and *5% at sight after confirmation of quality and quantity of goods.

PROCEDURE:

1. Seller issues FCO.

2. Buyer Signs Fco and send back to seller.

3. The Seller will issue the DRAFT contract and buyer must amend it and return it to seller via email.

4. Contract must be signed by seller and buyer within FIVE (5) working days.

5. PLEASE NOTE: This offer is time-sensitive. If buyer does not execute and remit this contract agreement to seller within FIVE (5) Working Days, then this agreement is terminated without further notice unless a written permission is received from the buyer.

6. After buyer and seller sign and seal contract ,Seller Sends an Official Invoice for the 5% Prepayment by Telegraphic Bank transfer of which Buyer pays within 3 (three) working days and gets back to seller with the Bank Remittance.

7. Seller will then move goods for loading. BRIDGE WAREHOUSE will take care of transfer of property.

The FCO shall become expired, null and void. No changes, alterations, or substitutions shall be permitted unless the same shall be notified in writing and signed by both Parties.
